What is visitors tested?

This is NOT the total number of monthly visitors to your website. Instead, it is the number of visitors included in your campaigns. For example, if your total monthly traffic is 10,000 visitors and you run the test just on the Contact Us page, which gets about 1,000 visitors per month; then 1,000 will be counted as your visitor quota. If you have 2 tests running on your website, where 1,000 and 5,000 visitors have been tested, your total visitors tested will be 6,000.

How many simultaneous campaigns can I run?

You can run unlimited number of simultaneous / parallel campaigns. There’s no limit on it.

How many users can access one account?

You can create multiple permission based logins for the same account. This allows different users to design, publish and review tests.

What are subaccounts?

You can create multiple client or project-specific subaccounts. Different accounts are isolated from each other, so the reports and tests in one account are not visible to other accounts.

How many different domains can I run tests on?

You can use Visual Website Optimizer on any number of websites or domains.

Can I stop subscription or change plans anytime?

Yes, you can stop subscription anytime you wish. You can also upgrade or downgrade plans instantly.

What if my quota of visitors gets exhausted?

You will be notified via email and your running tests will be paused. You will have an option to buy addition visitors for $50 per 5,000 visitors or upgrade to a higher plan.

What if I don't fully use the visitor quota?

At end of the billing cycle (monthly or yearly, depending on your plan), total number of monthly visitors remaining in your account will be available for you to use next month. For example, if you have a 10,000 visitor plan and only use 7,000 visitors, the remaining 3,000 will remain available to you. So, next month you will have total 10,000+3,000=13,000 visitors in your account. However, maximum visitors in your account at any given point cannot be more than double of your existing plan. For example, if you have a 10,000 visitor plan, your account can never have more than 20,000 visitors. The rollover policy remains same for monthly and annual. Always monthly equivalent amount of visitors are considered for roll over. (E.g. even if you have 12*10,000 visitors in your account, only 10,000 visitors will be considered for roll over).

Your VWO account will be automatically renew every month/year and we will charge your credit card automatically. You can cancel any time, but we make no refunds.

If you purchase an annual plan, you get the entire year's visitor quota in one go. For example, an annual plan for 10,000 visitors/month will give you 120,000 visitors that you can use in any manner through out the year. If you purchase a month-to-month plan, every month you get a fresh quota of visitors that you have to use in that month.
