VWO, a leading digital experience and experimentation platform, today announced that its parent company Wingify has acquired Blitzllama, an AI-driven user insights startup, to strengthen VWO’s ability to help teams understand customers and improve digital experiences with deeper, real-time feedback.
Blitzllama’s technology will be integrated directly into the VWO platform, enabling product, growth, and experience teams to collect and analyse user feedback faster and more intelligently. By combining behavioural signals from experiments with qualitative insights from surveys, support conversations, and product interactions, VWO users will gain a fuller picture of what customers do and why they do it.
Founded in 2021 and backed by early-stage investors including 2am VC, Blitzllama pioneered tools that help companies capture in-product responses and use AI models to summarise sentiment, recurring themes, and user priorities from large volumes of feedback in hours rather than weeks.
