VWO today announced its combination with AB Tasty to form a global digital experience optimization platform with more than $100 million in annual recurring revenue and over 4,000 customers worldwide. The strategic move, backed by Everstone Capital, positions the combined company as one of the largest independent players in experimentation, personalization, and conversion optimization.
The combination brings together two profitable, product-led companies with complementary strengths across experimentation, personalization, analytics, and AI-driven optimization. The new platform will serve customers across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America, with nearly 90% of revenue coming from the U.S. and European markets.
VWO’s co-founder, Sparsh Gupta, will serve as Chief Executive Officer of the combined organization. The leadership team will include senior executives from both companies, ensuring continuity for customers while accelerating product innovation and global expansion.

Everstone Capital, which has backed VWO since 2021, remains the largest institutional shareholder and has committed additional capital to support long-term growth and innovation.
