Following the merger of VWO and AB Tasty, our platform is moving to a new home under the unified Wingify brand. This document answers the most common questions we have received about the transition.

1. About the Change
Q: Why is VWO moving to app.wingify.com?
A: Following the merger of VWO and AB Tasty, both platforms are coming together under a single unified brand: Wingify. Moving to app.wingify.com reflects this new identity and gives us a single home for our combined product suite going forward.
Q: What is happening to AB Tasty?
A: Both VWO and AB Tasty are now part of Wingify. Over time, our platforms will come together under the Wingify umbrella. For now, your VWO experience remains the same — only the domain you access it through is changing on June 13, 2026.
Q: When exactly will the switch happen?
A: The transition will take effect on June 13, 2026, at 11:00 PM PDT. Starting that date, app.vwo.com will redirect to app.wingify.com.
Q: Will there be any downtime?
A: We have planned the transition for minimal disruption. Active sessions will end at the time of the switch and you will need to log in again at the new domain, but your campaigns, tracking, and data collection will continue uninterrupted.
2. Login & Access
Q: Will my username and password change?
A: No. Your login credentials remain exactly the same. You will simply enter them at app.wingify.com instead of app.vwo.com.
Q: What happens to my saved password in my password manager?
A: Password managers like 1Password, LastPass, and Bitwarden tie credentials to specific URLs, so your saved login for app.vwo.com will not auto-fill on the new domain. You will need to either update the saved URL to app.wingify.com or save a new entry the next time you log in.
Q: I use a passkey to log in. Will it still work?
A: Passkeys are bound to specific domains for security reasons, so your existing passkey for app.vwo.com will not work on app.wingify.com. You will need to set up a new passkey after logging into the new domain. This is a standard browser security behavior and is not specific to VWO.
Q: What about Single Sign-On (SSO) or SAML setups?
A: No action is required from your end. The SSO callback URL will be automatically redirected to the new domain, so your existing Single Sign-On setup will continue to work without any changes.
3. Impact on Campaigns & Data
Q: Will my running campaigns, experiments, or feature flags be affected?
A: No. Your live website campaigns, mobile SDK campaigns, server-side experiments, tracking snippets, and data collection will continue to function normally. The transition only affects the dashboard you use to manage them.
Q: Will I lose any historical data or reports?
A: No. All your historical data, reports, settings, integrations, audiences, and configurations will be fully preserved and accessible from the new domain.
Q: Do I need to update the VWO SmartCode on my website?
A: No. The SmartCode installed on your website does not need to be replaced. It will continue to work as-is.
4. Technical & IT
Q: Will the REST API endpoints change?
A: No action is required from your end. Our REST APIs will be served on the Wingify domain, and your existing integrations will continue to work without any changes.
Q: Will I need to update my Content Security Policy (CSP)?
A: No changes required. The SmartCode and data-collection domains are not changing, so your existing CSP directives will continue to work exactly as before.
Q: Do I need to update my IP whitelisting?
A: No. Any IP addresses or ranges you’ve whitelisted for VWO remain the same — no client-side IP whitelisting changes are needed.
Q: Do I need to whitelist any new Wingify domains in my company firewall?
A: Different Wingify products and services are served from multiple top-level domains. Your IT teams should whitelist the following domains and their sub-domains:
- wingify.com (Try accessing app.wingify.com post whitelisting)
- wingify.net
- wingify.io
- wingify.ai
This will prevent disruption to features such as Insights session recording playback and other services that run on these domains.
5. Support & Billing
Q: Will my support contact email change?
A: Yes. Please direct all future queries to support@wingify.com. Mails sent to support@vwo.com will be forwarded during a transition period, but we recommend updating your contacts now.
Q: Will my Customer Success Manager change?
A: No. Your CSM, account manager, and any dedicated support contacts will remain the same.
Q: Will my contract, pricing, or billing terms change?
A: No. Your existing contract, subscription terms, and pricing remain unchanged. The only difference is that future invoices and billing communications will originate from billing@wingify.com instead of the @vwo.com domain.
Q: Will the @wingify.com emails land in my spam folder?
A: They might, depending on your organization’s spam filters. We recommend asking your IT team to allowlist the @wingify.com domain in advance to avoid missing platform notifications, alerts, and invoices.
6. Brand & Other
Q: Is VWO going away as a product name?
A: Yes. As part of our transition to a unified brand, VWO product names are being renamed to Wingify(eg. Wingify Insights). This is a branding change only, your plans, features, data, and access remain unchanged..
Q: Will the website vwo.com still work?
A: Yes. vwo.com will continue to operate during and after the transition. Only the application URL (app.vwo.com → app.wingify.com) is changing.
Q: Who do I contact if something doesn’t work after June 13, 2026?
A: Please reach out to support@wingify.com immediately. Our team will help resolve any access or configuration issues on priority.
