A visit to a page is fired as soon as the user arrives on the page whereas revenue conversion is fired only on DOM ready. In case the user leaves even before the DOM could be ready, in such a scenario only visit to a page may be fired and revenue conversion may not be fired and hence the numbers of conversion for the two goals need not be the same.
