Gino Renardus is a Technical Web Analyst at Albert Heijn (part of Ahold Delhaize), the leading supermarket chain in the Netherlands. Before that he worked as a Digital Marketing Consultant at Merkle, where he was part of the Data, Tech and Optimization team. He has worked on CRO for leading Dutch and international brands. Of particular interest to him is improving the testing process through automation, for example through the chatbot Rover for HEMA and the Experimentation Feed at AH.
