I guess I would say my favorite thing to do in this industry is supply digital product managers with customer qualitative and quantitative insights so they can justify or revamp their experiences. But I also love architecting Data Solutions. What I'm best known as is a Consultant in Digital Analytics, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Web Experimentation (A/B, MVT Testing), Tag Management Strategy, and Experience Analytics.
