Thanks for publishing this infographic, Mohita! A lot of great stuff here, but what really stood to me was the incredibly low percentage of online shoppers (16%) who bought something based on a website’s recommendations via their past purchases. It’ll be interesting to see how eCom sites adjust! – Corey
