You can modify your payment information such as Email ID, Address, Credit Card information, and other details by updating your billing details in the VWO application. However, please note that the updated information will only reflect on your invoice from the next payment cycle.
- Click the Settings icon on the top-right corner of your VWO dashboard, and select the Billing & Invoices tab.
- Click Change Billing Information and update your billing details.
- In the next page, you can search for the billing details using your order number. You can search for the billing details using order number, credit card details, or zip code. We recommend that you update the billing information 2-3 days in advance of the next billing date to avoid unnecessary charges and manage your billing cycle dates.
- Click Save to update the information.
