You can pause your VWO account at any time and still retain your test data and the account setup. The account will always be there whenever you are ready to start testing again. Simply upgrade to a plan and begin instantly.
- Click the Settings icon in the upper right hand side.
- Click the Accounts tab.
- Select Pause Account.
- Select I want to close my account for cancelling the account.
Please make sure to initiate the cancellation request at least 3 working days before your next billing cycle. This will allow us to complete the cancellation process on time before the next billing cycle starts. You can reach out to VWO Support
